Transcript requests may be emailed to: 

(There is a one week turn around time for all requests).
Please include:

  • your name
  • when you graduated
  • date of birth
  • year of graduation or withdraw
  • the name and e-mail address of the person or institution receiving the transcript.
  • Please include your phone number in case we need to contact you.

If you are a current student applying to a school requiring the common application or send edu, please make sure to supply them with your Guidance Counselor's email address.  Once you complete your portion of the application, an email will be sent directly to your Counselor.
