Common Application/College Prep Form

Students applying to a college should create an account and fill out the Common Application online. If you don't have access to a computer, you can print it out. Fill in just your name and information in pen and with your transcript request, give it to Mrs. White in the main office.

Recommendation Letters

Recommendation letters can be requested through the counselors. Please provide them with an information sheet with involvement activities so they may be better prepared to write the letter. There are no same day mailings. Counselors need a week’s notice for any recommendation letter
